- The new Security of Payment Legislation Act which affects companies buying or supplying construction and engineering works, or related goods or services into mining projects on and from 1 August 2022.
- The Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) which came into operation on 31 March 2022.
- A renewed focus on counterparty due diligence in an environment of continued distruption and change in supply chains.
